COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP

Founded in 2003, CLIMEXT® has built up a national and international distribution network. To find one of our partners in France or abroad, please fill in the contact form, including your telephone number.

Our sales department will then take over and put you in touch with your nearest CLIMEXT® Distributor.

In order to best respond to your request, please use our contact form to send us your full contact details (adding your telephone number allows us to be more reactive) and specify your requirements. If necessary, we’ll ask you for a detailed diagram of the area to be misted, if possible accompanied by photos.

The more precise your request, the better we’ll be able to respond.

We will then draw up a quotation for you, and as soon as we have accepted this and the terms of payment, the equipment will be manufactured.

We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 72 hours.

CLIMEXT®, the benchmark brand in misting, relies on a national and international network of Distributors, Resellers and Installers trained in our French products.

Becoming a CLIMEXT® Distributor requires the ability toPurchase, Stock and then Sell a significant number of our products.

The CLIMEXT® Reseller is responsible forpurchasing our equipment in order to resell it to their client after we have carried out the study/quotation of the project.

If you only wish to install our equipment, we will sell it to you. Once you have been trained in our equipment, you will be in contact with the customer to programme and carry out the installation.

Once we have started working together, our relationship becomes two-way:

  • If a prospect contacts us directly with a request for an installation service, we’ll need you. So we’ll put you in touch with this future customer to finalise their project.
  • If you have a customer with a misting project, you’ll need us, so all you have to do is ask us for a quotation and provide us with all the available information. The CLIMEXT® ethos gives you certainty and confidence because we will never bypass you to deal directly with your client.

LOGISTICS AND ADMINISTRATION

Thanks to our international network of Resellers/Distributors, we are able to offer all our products in a large number of countries around the world. We have already delivered to more than 25 different countries. Naturally, we are present in mainland France and all the Frenchoverseas territories.

There aretwo possibilities, depending on the country you live in. If we have an employee on site, he or she can act as a link between our offices and your place of business or home.

If you are in an area that is not covered by our international distribution network, we can send your order directly from our manufacturing workshop as quickly as possible.

TECHNICAL

We have a large number of CLIMEXT® High Pressure Units designed to operate over a given flow range.

Each CLIMEXT® nozzle model has a unique flow rate at a given pressure.

Your CLIMEXT® GHP can therefore supply as many nozzles as the flow rate range of your High Pressure Unit allows.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts, with the references of your High-Pressure Unit.

CLIMEXT®Misting Systems are designed to be easy to install and simple to use. This means that anyone can installa CLIMEXT® Misting System. Each piece of equipment comes with installation instructions.

If you’re not keen on taking risks, we strongly advise you to contact one of our many installers in France and abroad. If your skills are sufficient, we recommend that you read the instructions carefully before starting the installation. It’s also a good idea to give us a call.

Our experience and the tips we can provide will surely save you precious time.

Asthe designer and manufacturer of all our products, we keepall spare parts in stock. Our recently enlarged premises enable us tostock all spare parts for our High Pressure Units, ARMEXT, fittings, etc.

We can supply and manufacture your French misting products all year round .

Restarting a CLIMEXT® Fogging System is limited to changing the oil in the High Pressure Unit, replacing the filter cartridges and checking that the nozzles are working properly, not forgetting draining the water circuit.

For further details, please refer to the instructions supplied with your Misting System.

Like all equipment, products designed by CLIMEXT require a minimum of maintenance. Our products are designed to withstand their natural ageing, but the lifespan of your equipment can be further extended if maintenance is carried out correctly. We have created a list of operations to be carried out on the various components of our Fog Generators to assist you.

CLIMEXT products are made using the best materials available, so it is rare for our products to break down. However, manufacturing faults can still occur, so we have come up with solutions to help you out.

Our manufacturing workshop has a responsive, high-quality after-sales service. That’s why, if your high-pressure unit develops a fault, our workshop has all the spare parts you need to repair it. Our company philosophy is not purely commercial and based on profit, we prefer to change small damaged parts than to change a new GHP.
